We aim to get an engineer to contact you as soon as possible to assist over the phone in an emergency. We may be able to help get a car off the ramp or diagnose small faults over the phone to get you up and running sooner.
In the event we cannot offer over the phone assistance we will aim to get with you as soon as possible.
